Led Zeppelin
Ett brittiskt hårdrocksband som blev bildat i september 1968. De hade en stor blandning av olika genrener bla. blues, rock och folkmusik. Led Zeppelin var ett av de största namnen inom rocken på 1970talet. Låten de slog igenom med heter "Whole Lotta Love" och det var år 1969.
Led Zeppelin splittrades när trummisen i bandet John Bonham avled år 1980. De är ett av de mest framgångsrika hårdrocksband i världen och har sålt cirka 300 miljoner album i världen. Det har gjort ett flertal återföreningar men inte under Led Zeppelin utan under sina efternamn. Senaste återföreningen var inför en konsert i London 10 december 2007.
Bandets medlemmar hette Robert Plant på sång och munspel, Jimmy Page som gitarrist och övriga stränginstrument, John Paul Jones spelade elbas, keyboards och mandolin och sen då den avlidne trummisen John Bonham som även spelade andra slagverk.
Led Zeppelin har släppt 20 album, där är även samlingsalbumen inräknade. De räknas som den femte mest säljande gruppen genom tiderna.
